Dr. Katrina Rosseini
Strategic advisor at the intersection of quantum, cybersecurity, and AI, advising stakeholders on the global emerging technology competition with national security at the core.
She is the Founder of KRR Ventures Advisory and leads Critical Effect California, a forum that convenes policymakers, infrastructure operators, and private-sector leaders on cybersecurity and operational risk.
A visiting Fellow at the National Security Institute (NSI), Dr. Rosseini focuses on quantum and PQC transition. She has briefed the nation's largest public pension fund and contributed to congressional and United Nations forums. She developed a first-generation quantum governance Framework, to address the prioritization gap and also developed SECUREGRID, a context-aware methodology for prioritizing vulnerabilities in operational technology.
Her commentary has appeared in Forbes, S&P Global, and Fast Company, among others. She holds a Doctor of Engineering from George Washington University and an MBA in Finance.
